Make delicious creations with this puff pastry dough!
Puff pastry
-304 grams Auntie M’s Gluten Free all purpose flour
-1 tsp salt
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2 sticks (1 cup) very cold butter, grated
-8-10 tablespoons ice cold water
-1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Whisk dry ingredients in bowl, grate 1/3 stick butter at a time into dry mix and combine. Add 3 tablespoons of water at a time, mix with a spoon. After all water is added, kneed together with hands till it forms a brick. Refrigerate 30 minutes, roll out to 8x12 fold in thirds, repeat 5 times.
Lightly flour, fold in thirds Refrigerate overnight.
